6/5/10- We picked up a new rescue from Camelot kill pen.  He is so cute!!! He is a 2yr old QH colt.  I will post pics and more info soon.

6/8/10- We finally named the little man.  We are going to call him Guiness.  He is doing ok, he has some kind of cold so we are hoping he gets better soon.  The vet has been out to give him antibiotics.  And we also found out that he is not even 1.5 yrs old.  He is so cute :)

6/11/10- Vet came out yesterday to give more antibiotics.  Guiness is doing better fever came down and cough is going away.  I groomed him yesterday and he just loved it.  This guy will make a nice horse. Just wanted to thank Dr. Mac and Dr. Schaentzler for their help with the rescue, I couldn't do this without them.

6/15/10- Vet came out again for more antibiotics, he's getting better each day.  I can't wait to start working with him.

6/20/10- Guiness is off antibiotics and is doing good.  His cough has gone away and he seems to be feeling better :)  I started working with him on the ground and he floats on air when he moves.  He is going to make someone a really nice horse.

6/28/10- Guiness is also doing great not sick anymore, thanks Dr. Mac and Dr Schaentzler!!! :)  We are having Jerry Trapani come to trim his feet this week too.  He is going to be gelded soon as well.  If anyone is interested in adopting this little man please let me know. Thanks :)

7/2/10- We brought Dahlia back from my aunt's from rehab to start riding her and moved the baby over there.  She is doing great just needs more time uder saddle.  Jerry came to trim Dahlia and Guiness. Dahlia was great as always and Guiness was a little nervous.  He was only able to get his fronts done so we have to start working with him more. Dr. Schaentzler came today and checked on Killian again and he said he is doing better but we have to continue with soaking him and he will be back on Tuesday to check him again. Good news all around :)

7/6/10- Vet came again and said he improved about 95% so thats great news.  We are going to start riding him again soon.  He will be available for adoption within the month.  Dahlia was adopted and settled in nicely at her new home :)

7/23/10- Killian has been adopted out to a wonderful home and is loving his new buddy :) Congrats to Renee and Jimmy!! Guiness is now back home with us and we are going to be doing alot of ground work with him.

8/11/10- We have been putting the saddle on and off of Guiness and hes so good about it.  We also had Shane come and trim his feet, thanks so much Shane!!! He did a great job!

8/18/10- Guiness is scheduled to be gelded on August 27th if anyone wants to make a donation to help with the costs for it.  We also need walkers to come down and walk him after the surgery.  Thank you to everyone that comes down and volunteers already ;)

8/19/10- We rescued another horse from Camelot kill pen last night.  He is a 15hh 10 year old tobiano paint gelding.  He has a good size proud flesh wound on his right front.  We are hoping that he will fully recover from it.

8/27/10- We have been riding Chance and hes doing great.  He is a very sweet horse.  Guiness was gelded today and is recovering very well.  If anyone would like to make a donation toward the vet bill for Guiness please contact me.  Thank you!

9/2/10- I have been round penning Guiness and Chance together and they are so good and cute together.  We had a friend of ours ride Chance last nite and he did very well.  He is very laid back and good around the other horses. His leg is healing up nicely and the proud flesh is breaking down and coming off.
