You can also write letters to your local representatives to help end horse slaughter. Slaughter is currently banned in the United States but now they are taking our horses and shipping them to Mexico and Canada. These horses travel for days packed in a trailer, with no food or water and many in need of medical attention. They are then brought into the slaughterhouse where their fate is sealed. Our mission is to try and spread the word about it and to help stop it. In the mean time we try and save as many horses as we can. Please forward our website to your family and friends.
